Cecile Nichole “Ciji” Hawkins, 41, Piedmont SC, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025, at her residence.
Born on May 25, 1984, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of James and Margaret Wicker Hawkins. Ciji was a very loving and caring person. She loved animals and her family meant the world to her. She will be deeply missed.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her fiancé: Rjay Taylor; brothers: Jamie Hawkins and Kenny Hawkins (Casie); nieces and nephews: Zyler, Rayna, Ashton and Jaden Hawkins, Brooklyn Keeler, Julie and Jaden Cumber.
She is predeceased by a brother: Chris Cumber.
A funeral service will be held at Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory at 3pm on Friday, August 22, 2025, with Pastor Jermaine Easterwood, Pastor Vernon Bagwell and Tommy Parker officiating.
Visitation will take place prior to the service at the Mortuary on Friday, August 22, 2025, from 2pm to 3pm.
The family will be at the home of her brother and sister-in-law: Kenny and Casie Hawkins.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, 3219 S. Main St, Anderson SC, is assisting the family with arrangements.
