Marcus “Mark” Heaton, 69, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Born on September 19, 1956, in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Wattie and Helen Heaton, and Husband of 51 years to Dianne Heaton.
In addition to his wife, Dianne, he is survived by his Daughters: Marsha Rogers and Jill Heaton; Brother: Robert Heaton; Sister: Delores Strickland; Grandchildren: Samantha Maxwell, Elizabeth Hicks, Austin Heaton, and Tyler Wardlaw; and Great-grandchildren: Jace Maxwell, Maverick Maxwell, and Landon Hicks.
He is preceded in death by his Brother: Larry Heaton, as well as his parents.
A graveside service will be held at 11am on Wednesday February 11, 2026, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will gather to receive friends at the home, following the service Wednesday, from 12pm to 2pm.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
