Brenda Norris, 73, of Central, SC, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026, at her home.
Born on August 19, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Boyce and Lucille Mauldin Lance and wife for over 49 years to the late Baylous “Sam” Norris. Known as “Nenaw” or “Nanny,” Brenda was outspoken and loving. She could grow and nurture any plant, raise any animal, and loved to read.
Brenda is survived by her Children: Tina Dacus, Becky Blackwell (Wayne), and Michael Norris; Sister: Peggy Black (Randy); Brother: Terry Lance; as well as eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, the MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
The family will be at their respective homes.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
