Donna Elizabeth Garrett, 70, of Pickens SC, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Prisma Health Baptist Easley Hospital.
Born in Central SC, on August 28, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Alvin P. and Doris E. Hedden. She worked at Central Textiles for 18 years. Donna was known as a loving grandmother who was faithful to her Lord and Savior, loved her family, made everyone laugh and had a soft heart for animals.
She is survived by her daughters: Susan Moore (Joe) and Lisa Pilgrim (Robert); brother: Buford Hedden (Judy); sister: Teresa Reynolds (John); grandchildren: Katie Brown, Emily Brown and Brianna Klein; great-grandchildren: Jackson Klein and Lyla Patrick and a brother-in-law: Jerry Moore.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sister: Beverly Moore; grandparents: Clyde and Beatrice Hedden, Covie and Nannie Thomas.
The family will be at the home of her sister and brother in law: Teresa and John Reynolds, 29 Boggs Dr Liberty SC, 29657.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
