Charles “Randy” Kelley, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Chandler Creek in Greer SC. He was 68 years old.
Randy was born and raised in Anderson, SC. He worked for many years at Welborn Tire where he took pride in his work. More than anything, he will be remembered for his quick wit, great sense of humor, and the way he could make people laugh. He was a genuinely funny person who always seemed to have a joke or a clever comment ready. His humor and personality brought joy to those around him, and the memories of his laughter and the many moments he made people smile will be treasured by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his sons, Chris Kelley (Brandy) of Starr; Dwayne Kelley (Casey) of Iva, SC. Grandchildren Morgan Kelley, Taylor Kelley, Hunter Kelley, Jolie Kelley (Christian), Reagan Kelley, Blake Kelley and Jake Kelley and 2 great granddaughters. Brother Chuck Kelley (Brandi).
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Kelley (Barbara); Mary “Sue” Watson (freddy) and brother, Micheal “Mike” Kelley.
A private service will be held in Iva, SC.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
