Armenia L. Crocker, 75, of Iva, SC, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024 at Iva Post Acute.

Born on April 29, 1948, in Anderson SC, to the late J.P. and Martha Jones Lawton, she was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and Iva Fire Rescue. She worked at Jackson Mills for 30yrs and was an employee of AnMed Home Health and was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and Aunt.

She is survived by her children: Melissa C Neese (Robert) and James Harold Crocker III (Debbie); sister: Betty Ann Shoemaker; grandchild: Jesse Neese; great-grandson: Luke Neese; her Sweetheart: Calvin E. Sutherland; nephews: Steve Shoemaker and Jeff Shoemaker; and great-nephew: Scott Shoemaker.

A funeral service will be held at 4pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Bethel United Methodist Church in Iva SC with Pastor Charles Howell and Pastor Jerry Gray officiating. Burial will follow in Iva City Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the church prior to the service on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, from 2pm to 4pm.

The family will be at the home of her daughter: Melissa Neese.

Flowers are optional, memorials may be made to Bethel United Methodist Church or Iva Rescue Squad.

The family would like to extend a Special Thanks to Caris Healthcare for the great care they provided. Also a Special Thanks to Iva Post Acute and Jennie Wardlaw.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
