Barbara Ruth Panzarella, 65, of Anderson, SC, passed away on April 25, 2025 at McCormick Post Acute.
Born in Hackensack, NJ on January 9, 1960; she was the daughter of the late Roy and Ann Ciavattone Bertsche. Barbara was a loving mother. She was a generous and friendly person to a fault. She enjoyed music, plants, sewing, and crafting.
She is survived by her daughters: Kristina and Jacqueline Panzarella; brother, George Bertsche; sister, Carol Higdon; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 1pm at Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory. Burial will follow at Greenville Memorial Gardens, Hwy 25 South.
The family will be at the home of her sister, Carol Higdon. They will receive friends at the mortuary prior to the service on Wednesday from 12pm – 1pm.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with the arrangements.
