Barbara Jean Garlow Titus, 84, began her journey with the great spirit on November 30th.
She was the daughter of Peter and Clara Garlow from Jamesville, NY and is survived by her husband: Gerald G. Titus; Children: Gregory Jackson, Tracey Jackson and Kelly Parker; and Siblings: Sharon Grabosky, Linda Crolick, and Steven Garlow.
