Ben A. Daritey, 64, of Anderson SC, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022, at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born in Anderson SC, on September 10, 1957, he was the son of the late Ben and Evelyn Daritey. He was considered a jack of all trades and enjoyed working on cars in his free time. He also always strived to help others in any way that he could.
He is survived by his wife: Louise Daritey; children: Bonnie Evans, SaraBeth Robinson, and Brent Daritey; sister: Beth Mick; as well as eight grandchildren, five grand girls, and three grand boys.
The family will be having a visitation at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel on June 2, 2022, from 5-7pm.
The service will take place the following day, June 3, 2022, at the South Chapel at 11am and will be officiated by Pastor Bobby Byrum. Internment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson SC.
The family will be located at the home of the son, Brent Daritey.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
