Betty Raby Frazier Hester, 84, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born in Statesville, NC on May 1, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Washington Raby and Thelma Virginia Honeycutt.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Frazier Kerby; Sandra’s father, William Franklin Frazier; brother, Jim Raby and wife JoAnn and their family; and her grandson, Phillip Austin Kerby.
In addition to her parents; she is predeceased by her husband, James Hester; and a son, Leonard Frazier.
The funeral service will be held at Norris Hill Presbyterian Church, 3600 Abbeville Hwy, on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 3pm with Rev. Tom Owen officiating. Private entombment will follow.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the church on Saturday from 1pm to 3pm.
