Billy Ralph Stowe, 72, of Anderson SC, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2020.
Born in Anderson, SC, on December 11, 1947; he was the son of the late Alfred and Grace Stowe, a loving father, husband and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife: Alexis S. Stowe; daughter: Tanisha Stowe and grandchildren: Sukai and Samai Stowe.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a brother Bobby Ray Stowe.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 from 6pm to 8pm at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel.
A graveside service will be held at 3pm on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
