Bobby Stiwinter, 70, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Friday March 27, 2020 at his home.
Born on May 15, 1949, he was the son of the late Howard and Edith Stiwinter and husband to Mary Stiwinter. He was a member Gethsemane Baptist Temple and Homeland Park Church of God. Bobby was a beloved husband, father and grandfather.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son: Tommy Stiwinter (LouAnn); daughters: Melissa Turner Johnson (Joey) and Stephanie Stiwinter (Chris); brothers: Frankie and Bud Stiwinter; sister: Barbara Hill; grandchildren: Phillip, Jacqueline, Jessica, Jennifer, Tiffany, Robert, Eden, Chase; as well as nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son: Robbie Stiwinter; brother: Jimmy Conley; sisters: Juanita Hamby, Frances Adams and Linda Moore.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date at the home of his granddaughter, Tiffany.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bobby’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association of Anderson SC.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel, will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
