Carolyn R. Adams, 77, of Starr, SC, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born in West Virginia on January 23, 1946; she was the daughter of the late Ralph William and Stella Thomas Shaver.
She is survived by her son, Jeremy Shaver (Tina); brothers: Allen and Roger Shaver; sisters: Connie Morris, Rhonda Shaver, Tammy Meadows, Donna Moore; granddaughter, Brittany Shaver (Grey); and great-grandchildren: Chale Bowman and Dakotah Hanks.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by two sisters: Sharon Rogers and Elizabeth Shaver.
Services will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel, at 2pm officiated by Pastor Rodney Harbin.
The family will be at the home of her son and daughter in law, Jeremy and Tina Shaver.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel, is assisting the family.

April 5, 2023 at 5:58 pmI met Carolyn a few years ago and we chatted almost every day . She was a great friend and I’m missing our chats . BUT knowing she isn’t suffering anymore makes it a bit easier knowing this .
