Charles B. Shore June 22, 1943 - June 26, 2025

Charles B. “Glenn” “Papa” Shore, 82, of Anderson SC, passed away on June 26, 2025, at his home.

Born on June 22, 1943, he was the son of the late Clarence Eugene and Hattie Shore. He is the husband to Lillian Shore and worked at Foundry and Steel for 44 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons: Scott Thinesen and Kyle Shore; daughters: Laura Thinesen, Samantha Moore and Alisha Shore; grandchildren: Cody Thinesen and Tristan Thinesen; great-grandchildren: Sophia Moore, Bella Moore, Delilah Jade Moore, Annlee Shore, River Shore, Tegan Thinesen, Mason Thinesen, and Mckenna Thinesen.

He is predeceased by his parents and his brothers: Junior Shore, Wilton Shore, and Kenneth Shore.

A celebration of life will be held at Sosebee Mortuary on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 11am.

The family will be at the home.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
