Charles Ray Saxon, 64, of Pendleton, SC passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at Rainey Hospice House.
He was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church and was a Veteran of the US Army having served in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife: Glenda Vickery Saxon; son: Brad Saxon (Kristy); daughter Kandy Morris; sisters: Dot Davis and Gail Bolt; and grandchildren: Travis Grate, Jr. Olivia, Braeden, and Braylon.
He is predeceased by his parents: Olin and Opal Allen Saxon; and a brother Randy Saxon.
Services will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 4pm at the Downtown Chapel officiated by Pastor Julian Crowe and Pastor Allen McConnell.
The family will be at the home and will receive friends prior to the service at the Mortuary from 3pm – 4pm Tuesday.
