Colton “Colt” K. Chitwood, 35, of Belton, SC, passed away on Monday April 9, 2018.
Born in Anderson, SC, he was the son of William “Ken” Chitwood and Felicia C. Duncan. Colt was a Gentle Giant that would have bent over backwards for his family and friends. His smile will forever be missed.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his step-mother: Sharon Forbes Chitwood; Step-father: Gary Duncan; sisters: Leah Chitwood-Moss and Lashaunda Soto; step-sisters: Angela Patterson and Tracy Smith; as well as three nephews and three nieces.
A memorial service will be held at 12pm Saturday April 14, 2018 at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel and will be officiated by the Rev. Sam Duncan.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11am to 12pm at the mortuary Saturday.
