Columbus Dutton September 29, 2017

Columbus T. Dutton, 85, Belton, SC, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017.
He was the son of the late George M. and Martha F. Dutton, a Veteran of the US Army, a member of Belton Church of God and retired from Belton Industries. On September  2, 1994, Mr. Dutton was the first person to receive the WC Brown Jr award of excellence which was awarded by Belton Industries.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Dutton; son, Timothy Dutton; daughters: Karen McGahey and Donna McKinney; sister: Hazel Hanks of Ga; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by 2 brothers and 8 sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Monday, October 2, 2017 at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel with Rev. Sam Autry and Pastor Norman Black officiating. Burial will follow at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the Mortuary from 1pm to 2pm.
The family will be at their respective homes.
