Daniel Hoge Vining, 69, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
He was born on October 2, 1945 in East Point, Ga; he was the son of the late Homer Lowry Vining, II, Elizabeth G. Vining, and the spouse to Cobra Hutto Vining.
Mr. Vining was a retired business owner, Lutheran by faith, a 33rd degree Mason and a charter member of the Jamil Shriner Temple.
In addition to his spouse he is survived by his sons: Daniel H. Vining Jr, Homer L. Vining IV, Travis P. Vining, his two canine sons Rambo and Blackie, brother Charles B Vining and grandchildren: Ashley Hicks, Olivia Vining, Makenzie Vining, Quinn Vining, Justin Vining, Lindsay Vining and Rylee Vining as well as Captain Thomas and Shorty.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a brother Homer L Vining III.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory Downtown Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
