David Benny Arflin, 62, of Anderson SC, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025, at Prisma Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Anderson, SC, on January 26, 1963, he was the son of the late James and Cora Arflin and the husband to the late Kathy Arflin. David was a loving husband, brother, and like a father in the heart of the children and grandchildren he loved. He was also a loyal trucker to Ray Walker Trucking for 30 years.
He is survived by his children at heart: Gail and Tony Cleveland; sisters: Judy Cartee and Annette Hall; grandchildren at heart: Kristin and Adam Vickery, Tyler and Brook Free and Brandon Cleveland; he was also survived by many grandchildren at heart.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is predeceased by his brothers: Buddy and Michael Barnes and sisters: Shelby Gillespie and Vickie Gambrell.
A memorial service will take place at 1pm on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Anderson.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
