David Marshall Brown, 76, of Iva, SC passed away on Monday, February 29, 2016 at his home.
Born in Anderson, SC on February 5, 1940 he was the son of the late JT and Mae Brown, and the husband to Brenda Brown.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons: David M Brown and his wife Allison, Ricky Riggins and his wife Tama; daughter: Lisa Brown; the pride of his life: Abby Crawford and her husband Brendan, Papa’s Terrorist: Brianna Riggins, one brother; 3 sisters, and several other grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son: Randy Brown, one brother and one sister.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm, Thursday March 3, 2016 at the Sosebee Mortuary Iva Chapel, 204 East Green St, Iva, SC, 29655, with Rev. Mike McMillion officiating. The family will receive friends from 1pm to 2pm prior to the service Thursday at the Iva Chapel.
The family will be at their respective homes and will be accepting flowers for the service.
