Donald E “Big D” Scott Sr, 58, of Anderson, SC passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Anderson, SC he was the son of Lucille Blume Scott and the late Rudolph Mac Scott.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by sons: Donald E “Duck” Scott Jr (Kelli) and Jared Chappell (Katie); one brother; six sisters; and two anticipated grandchildren on the way.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by one brother and one sister.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 2:30pm at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel and will be officiated by Reverend Ed Hunnsinger. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30pm – 2:30pm at the mortuary. Burial will follow the service at Old Silverbrook Cemetery.
The family will be at the home of his son, Donald E Scott Jr, 3508B Vista Trail Anderson, SC 29624.
