Doug Williams, 78, of Iva, SC, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Calhoun Falls, SC on September 6, 1948; he was the son of the late Clifford and Maggie Worley Williams and married to Betty Jean Williams for over 44 years.
Doug was a US Army Vietnam Veteran who was a loving husband and had a passion for old cars, hunting, fishing, and flowers.
In addition to his wife, he is also survived by his children: Scott Williams, Lee Walters, Kevin Williams (Angel); grandchildren: Eckla Williams, Branson Williams, Malisa Mowbray, Amanda Garrison, and Waylon Miller; and 5 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents; he is also predeceased by a daughter, Tammy Williams Garrison; brother, Jackie Williams; and two sisters: Mary Hammonds and Linda Culbertson.
The family will hold a celebration of life and receive friends on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 1pm-4pm at Flat Rock Bowen Fire Dept.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family.
