Eddie D. White, 66, of Iva SC, passed away on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont.
He was a retired logger and a Veteran of the United States Marine Corp having served during the Evocation of Saigon. Eddie was also known for his enjoyment and skilled work with wood, especially cedar furniture.
He is survived by his wife: Betty White; Children: Melony W. Page (Daniel), Jamie Willoughby (Stevie), Wes Turner (Teela) and Bobby White (Jennifer); brothers: Jerry White and Dennis White (Angie); sisters: Kay Bryan (Tony) and Sheila Dorn (Steve); grandchildren: Dustin, Tanner, AnnaBelle, Trent, Ashleah, Jonsie, Layla and Aurie; and great-grandchildren: Hayes and Halle; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life and time of reflection will be held at his home on Friday, July 22, 2022 from 5pm to 7pm.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel, is assisting the family with arrangements.
