Elton John Laney, 43, of Anderson, SC passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019.
Born on July 17, 1975 in Anderson, SC he was the son of Rickey Laney and Pamela Capps (Mike). He served in the US Navy and was a devoted father to his children.
In addition to his father and mother, he is survived by his children; Christopher, Ciara, and Clayton; his lifelong partner and companion: Rose; and a host of other loving family members.
Funeral services will be held at 12pm on Friday, May 17, 2019 at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel. Burial will follow at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery with Military Rites. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11am – 12pm.
