Ethan Stancil August 12, 2005 - January 30, 2024

Ethan Carson Stancil, 18, of Pendleton, SC, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, in Anderson SC.

Born on August 12, 2005, he was the son of James Bryon Stancil (Melita) and Erica Townsend. He was an 11^th grade student at Pendleton High School. Ethan loved playing video games, riding his bike, gardening and was very mechanically inclined.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters: Alliyah, Zoe, Kaliegh, and Isabella; brother: RJ; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is predeceased by his aunt: Tabitha Michelle Stancil; grandmother: Rhonda Sue Stancil; and his great-grandmother: Linda Rudder.

A funeral service will be held at 2:30pm on Monday, February 5, 2024, at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel.

Visitation will be held prior to the service at the South Chapel from 1pm to 2:30pm.

The family will be at their respective homes.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
