Eula Simpson Lumpkin, 95, of La France, SC, passed away on Friday, September 2, 2016 at her residence.
Born in Anderson, SC she was the spouse to the late Lewis Lumpkin.
She is survived by her daughters: Shelby Jean Nation and Bonnie Powell; sister: Lois Slayton; grandchildren: Marty Powell, and Jimmy Nation; and great-grandchildren: Wesley and Rachel Nation.
In addition to her husband, she is predeceased by her brothers: Ralph, Charlie, Ott, Bo, Billy, Beck and John Simpson; sisters: Ethel Price, and Emma Pelfrey; and grandchild: Rodney Powell.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel at 2pm. A private burial will follow the service.
Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the South Chapel from 1pm to 2pm.
The family will be at the residence.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
