Frankie M. Gilreath, 82, of Carswell Drive, Anderson, SC 29624, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at Brookdale Nursing Home, Easley, SC.
Born in Anderson SC, on August 9, 1933, she was the daughter of Ernest F. and Ruby Turner Mulkey, and the spouse to Ernest G. Gilreath.
She is survived by her daughters: Cheryl Bannister of Belton and Pamela Burns of Pelzer, brother: Larry H. Mulkey, Sr. of Spartanburg, sister: Bonne K. Ehly of Anderson, grandchildren: Daniel Bannister of San Diego, Andrea Herring of Belton and Jacob Burns of Pelzer, great-grandchildren: Kinsley Bannister of San Diego, and Ethan Roberts of Columbia, and son in law: Captain Randall W. Bannister, USN, Retired.
A graveside service will be held at 11am Saturday October 3, 2015 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The service will be officiated by Rev. Carlton Cleveland and Pastor Richard Busha and the eulogy will be delivered by Captain R. W. Bannister, USN Retired.
The family will receive friends following the service from 12pm to 2pm at the home of Randy and Cheryl Bannister immediately following the service Saturday.
