Franklin L. Divelbiss, 85, born in Mansfield, Ohio, on January 27, 1932, went home to be with the Lord, on Friday, December 15, 2017.
He was a thirty-two-degree Mason and his favorite place to be was on the golf course. He joined the Navy during the Korean war and served his country honorably. He was a member of Anderson Christian Fellowship.
He is survived by his wife Charlotte of 49 yrs.; children: Cinda Simon (Mike), Jeff Divelbiss, Gary Divelbiss; sister, Bea Barth (Ken); step-children: Lisette Johnson (WT), Curtis Webel (Michell); 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren, all of Ohio.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2018 at 3pm at Anderson Christian Fellowship, Mountain Springs Road, Anderson, SC with Pastor Chuck Hill officiating.
