Gary Cox, 55, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Seneca, SC, he was the son of the late Carl and Ollie Mae Smith Cox.
Gary was a very special father, brother and uncle, and will be missed by his many friends.
He is survived by his children: Tara Seawright, and Jamie Cox, brother: Steven Cox, sisters: Sandra Bleckley, Debbie Moore, Judy Malko, grandchildren: Jacob and Camden Seawright, and a nephew: Marty Bleckley.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a brother: James Ray Cox and a sister: Nancy Carlene Cox.
Funeral services will be held at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 1pm with Rev. Mike Harrell officiating. Burial will follow at Clermont Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the Mortuary from 11am to 1pm.
The family will be at the residence.
