Gerald “Gerry” Campbell of Iva, SC passed way at the Rainey Hospice House on Thursday, March 24, 2016.
Born in Anderson, SC on May 24, 1952, Gerry was a graduate of Erskine College with a B.S. Degree in Chemistry. Gerry was also past president of the SC Archaeological Society and he enjoyed many hobbies, including repairing pendulum type antique clocks.
He is survived by his mother: Mary Wiles Campbell of Iva; son: Ben Campbell and wife Kristy; grandsons: Bryce Campbell and Blake Cartee of Anderson; and brother: Blake Campbell of Iva.
Gerry was predeceased by his father: John B. “Tony” Campbell.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Sosebee Mortuary Iva Chapel from 6pm to 7pm.
