James “Mike” Dockins, 57, of Anderson, SC passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born on April 20, 1959, in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Marion and Idelia Dockins, and was the husband to Cathy Dockins.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by his children: Jeremy Dockins, Kris Scott, Michelle Scott, and Latasha Carter; brother: David Dockins; sister: Michelle Wiles; and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 2pm at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel and will be officiated by Reverend Butch Moore. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1pm – 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rainey Hospice House.
