James Stanley Kay “Stan”, 65, of Belton, SC passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at his residence.
Born on March 23, 1954 he was the son of the late Junior and Frances Kay and the husband to Dawn Kay.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter: Katie Kay; stepdaughter: Crystal Johnson; and grandchildren: Donte Johnson, Lee Whitlock, and Angel Whitlock.
A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Friday, September 13, 2019 at Belton Church of God and will be officiated by Rev. Norman Black. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 11am – 1pm, at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Rainey Hospice House, 1835 Rogers Road Anderson SC 29621.
The family will be at the home of Calvin and Marcelle Jennings following the service.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
