Janice Rosemary Aurichio, 78, of Anderson, died Monday, April 6, 2020 at Regency Hospital in Greenville.
Born in New York, New York on January 27, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Charlie and Rosalie Burke Sullivan.
Left to cherish her memory are; her daughter, Janice Kellogg (Jeff) of Anderson; grandchildren, Phillip and Victoria Kellogg and Kendahl Aurichio; great-granddaughter, Aleya Marie Aurichio; twin brother, John Sullivan of Michigan; sisters, Bonnie Mulhern of New York and Mary Chambers of Pennsylvania and their families.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Joseph Aurichio and a daughter, Rosalie Aurichio.
She was a manager of Catherines Clothing store for many years and was often told she had “the hands of gold” because of her creativity in design and fashion. She truly loved her customers and treasured getting to know their life stories.
Janice always valued time spent with her family. Whether she was visiting family up North or simply spending time with her family here in South Carolina, she always made a point to make everyone feel cared for and listened to.
As a devote Catholic and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, she had a profound love for Christ and Mother Mary, and spent many hours praying during the day. She was a true role model as a devoted mom, grandmother, family member, friend and child of God.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
