Jeanette Arlow Nix, 77, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at her home.
Born in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Soc Parnell and Ina Ruth Elliott and married to the late Dannie Lee Nix. She was retired from Mt. Vernon Textile Mills.
She is survived by her sons: Kenneth Dutton and Richard Ellison (Diane); daughter, Tracy Fieler (Fred); sisters: Margaret Tennant, JoAnn Simpson, and Pat Emerson; 9 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband; she is also predeceased by a son Milton ‘Gene’ Dutton; daughter, Lynn Timms; brother, James ‘Pete’ Parnell; and sister, Mickie Nichols.
Services will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel at 2pm officiated by Rev. Sam Duncan.
The family will be at the residence and will receive friends prior to the service on Wednesday at the Mortuary from 12pm – 2pm.
