Joe Pierce

Joe Pierce, 84, of Anderson SC, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at The Rainey Hospice House.

Joe was the son of the late Henry “Bunk” and Thelma Pierce. He was an avid golfer and was self-employed as an auto mechanic.

He is survived by his sons: Steve, Randy, Scott and Bobby; sister: Tootsie; brother: Roger; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his son, Ron “Onion.”

Services will be held on Saturday April 9, 2022, at 12pm at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel officiated by Pastor Dale Duckett.

The family will receive friends prior to the service Saturday, from 11am to 12pm, at the mortuary.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel will be assisting the family with arrangements.
