    Dear Chris and family,
We are writing to forward our deepest sympathies for the loss of your father. Dick and I have also gone through this grieving period, Dick five times with the loss of his two sisters, his mom and dad and more recently the death of his oldest daughter and I with my mom and dad and one brother.
It is not easy losing someone close to you, especially a family member. The sadness and tears remain for a time, but then we will begin to see our loss in another way. We will remember that person for what he showed and taught us. We will remember the laughs and smiles along with the hard times. When we are through, we stop and say a prayer of Thanksgiving to God for putting this person in our lives. Please know that you will be in our thoughts and prayers in the coming days.
