Joseph Frederick Beck, 77, of Edgefield, SC, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Edgefield County Hospital.
Born in Tennessee on October 9, 1946, he was the son of the late Paul E. Beck and Imelda M. McGrath and the husband to the late Janice Lynn Beck. He was also a Veteran of the US Army.
He is survived by his daughters: Alexis Warrick (Michael) and Lauren Allen (Chris); brothers: Peter Beck; grandchildren: Anna Price (Chace), Tyler Nichols (Taylor), Tyler Warrick (Adrienne); great-grandchildren: Charlie Price, Daxton Warrick, and Dallas Warrick; great-nephew: Marshall Beck (Ashley) and their children: Georgia, Landen, Frankie and Rip; as well as a sister-in-law: Debbie Erwin.
A funeral service will be held at 12pm on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel. Burial will follow at MJ Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery with Military Rites.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the Mortuary on Thursday, April 11, 2024, from 10am to 12pm.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
