Justina Marie Waters, 32, of Starr SC, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
Born in Abbeville, SC, on April 29, 1994, she was the daughter of Amanda McCollum and the late Stephen Roy Evans. Justina was an amazing, fun loving, free spirit that was headstrong. She loved with all her heart and was the most dedicated person to all her loved ones.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son: Jace Waters; daughters: Mackenzie Waters and Joanna Glazier; brothers: Jonathan Tillman, Chris Epps, and Tyler Epps; sister: Haley McCollum; maternal grandmother: Cathy Leviner and her fiancé: Robert Steven Atkins.
In addition to her father, she is predeceased by a maternal grandfather: Benny Tillman.
Services will be announced at a later date.
The family will be at their respective homes.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
