Karen “MawMaw” Elizabeth Graham, 61, of Piedmont SC, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2022, at her residence.
Born on March 22, 1961, in Pickens SC, she was the daughter of the late Betty Wimpey Owens and the wife for over 40 years to the late Lindsey Graham.
MawMaw was a loving and caring person. She adored her children, grandchildren, her family and loved her children’s friends as her own: Lisa Williams, Ada Colbert and Amber Rector.
She is survived by her children: Billy Joe Graham and Crystal Lachen; grandchildren: Lindsey Parnell, Nathan Parnell, Dalton Lachen, Adam Lachen, Tabatha Graham, Hayley Graham, Billy Graham and Ethan Graham, and her sister: Christine Harris.
In addition to her mother and husband, she is predeceased by her daughter: Tammy Parnell; son: Lindsey Graham; brothers: David and Timothy Owens; sisters: Marie Fields and Linda Bayliss.
The family will have a private service at a later date.
The family will be at their respective homes.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
