Kenneth Yeargin, 80, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2014.
Born in Anderson, SC, he was the husband Sarah Vickery Yeargin for 59 years. He retired from BASF in 1996 and was a member of the South Carolina Army National Guard 263rd ADA.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Kendall Yeargin, Daughter; Victoria Ellison and her husband Roger, Sister; Helen Snipes and grandchildren; Michael Yeargin, Rachel Ellison and Ross Ellison.
He is preceded in death by his brothers; Cecil, Joe, Louie and Neal Yeargin.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Friday December 5, 2014 at the Sosebee Mortuary Downtown Chapel, officiated by Ronnie McCurry and Cecil McCurry. Burial will follow at the New Silverbrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1pm to 2pm prior to the service Friday.
The family will be at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Roger and Victoria Ellison.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory Downtown Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
