Linda Darlene Smith, 63, of Anderson, SC passed away on Friday March 15, 2024, at Regency Hospital in Anderson, SC.
Born in Anderson, SC on August 2, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Homer R. Smith Sr. and Martha Mae Russell Smith, she worked in Textile at Mt Vernon, and was a loving mother and sister and was born again when she accepted her Lord and Savior. Linda touched everyone she met. She was known to be big-hearted and kind.
She is survived by her son: Adam Ray (Amanda); daughter: Alisha Whitfield (Eric); brother: H. Richard Smith Jr. (Martha); sister: Deborah S. Fields; twin sister: Brenda S. Kay (Bobby); and 2 step-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sisters: Martha L. Mitchell and Joan C. Bridges.
A memorial service will be held at 2:30pm on Sunday March 24, 2024 at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 1405 Ebenezer Rd, West Union, SC, 29696.
The family will be at their respective homes.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
