Linda Gail Pruitt, 69, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Callie and John Rainey Hospice House.
Born on October 19, 1953, she was the daughter of the late James Richard Gilstrap and Edith Poole Gilstrap, the wife of the late Frank Pruitt and was a homemaker.
In addition to her spouse, she is preceded by her sisters: Patricia Gilstrap Prince and Lisa Gilstrap.
She is survived by her brothers: Jimmy Gilstrap, Ricky Gilstrap, and Pete Gilstrap; sisters: Janet Johnson, Debbie Gilstrap, Loretta Montgomery, and Jane Vaughn.
A funeral service will be held at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel on Monday, June 17, 2023, at 12pm with Pastor David Standridge officiating. A private burial to follow at New Silverbrook Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the South Chapel on Monday, June 17, 2023, from 11am to 12pm.
The family will be at home.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
