Margaret E. Bridges December 8, 1945 - December 8, 2022

Margaret E. Bridges, 77, of Williamston SC, gained her wings on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at her residence.

Born on June 1, 1945, in Townville SC, she was the daughter of the late Levis and Annie McDonald Blair. Margaret was a faithful Christian who loved her family and church, and especially adored her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 62 years, David James Bridges; children: Teresa Freeman (Kenneth) and Kathy Emery; grandchildren: Jody Davis, Cody Norris, Justin Norris, Amanda Norris and Tiffany Pacek; 12 great-grandchildren; nieces: Donna Padgett and Cindy Bridges; brothers: Grady Blair, Harold Blair, Ed Blair and Leslie McDonald, and sister: Ruth Giles.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by one brother and two sisters.

A funeral service will take place at Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel on Monday, December 12, 2022, at 2pm with Pastor Curtis Lanier and Pastor Donnie Norris officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held prior to the service at the South Chapel on Monday, December 12, 2022, from 1pm to 2pm.

The family will be at their respective homes.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
