Mary Frances Thrasher, 79, of Anderson, SC passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born on June 28, 1940 she was the daughter of the late Clarence Ernest Keys and Louise Koon Keys and the wife to the late Robert Milford Thrasher. She attended Gaffney Road Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son: Mitchell Thrasher; daughters: Katherine Thrasher and Tiffany Thrasher-Fennell (Josh); sisters: Sheila Scarboro and Brenda Brissey; grandchildren: Crystal Garrison (Kevin), Michelle Thrasher, Evan Thrasher, Robert Thrasher Jr, and Avery Thrasher; and 6 great grandchildren and 1 on the way.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sons: Robert “Bobby” Thrasher Sr. and Noah Ernest “Buck” Thrasher; and brothers: Larry Keys and Crawford Keys.
A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Friday, January 24, 2020 at Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel and will be officiated by Reverend Dale Cross. Burial will follow at Old Silverbrook Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to the service on Friday from 12pm – 2pm, at the South Chapel.
Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory, South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
