Mattie Sue Church Busby, 90, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at her home.
Born in Belton, SC, on September 27, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Luther Wales and Mattie Elijah Church, and the wife to the late Seldon K. Busby.
She is survived by her daughters: Susie (Ed) Ide, and Nan (Chris) Erskine, daughter-in-law: Judy Busby, grandchildren: Jamie, Ashlyn, Kinsleigh, Mattie Grace; 5 step-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by her sons: Henry Busby and Infant John, 5 brothers, 4 sisters, and beloved granddaughter: Jill Busby.
Funeral services will take place at Ebenezer Methodist Church on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 2pm with burial to follow in the Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to the service at the church from 12pm to 2pm on Wednesday, November 23, 2016.
The family will be at their respective homes.
