Michael Donald Seay, 58, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017.
The family will receive friends from 6pm to 7pm Wednesday July 26, 2017 at the New Spring Church East Building. A memorial service will follow at 7pm at the Church.
