Michael Oshannon Hanks, 55, of Anderson, SC passed away on Tuesday May 28, 2024 at his residence.
Born in Anderson, SC on October 22, 1968, he was the son of the late Donnie C. Hanks and Louise Latham, he was very artistic, outgoing, and never met a stranger. Michael loved music and wrote beautiful poetry.
He is survived by his siblings: Joey Hanks, Kenny Fisher (Natasha), Lori Powell (Kevin), Patrick Hanks (Cassey), Chris Hanks, Josh Hanks (Caitlin), and Jason Hanks; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date and time.
The family will be at their respective homes.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
