Norman “Baldy” Kelley, 82, of Belton, SC passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016.
He was the son of the late John and Brodie Ginn Kelley. Norman was a retired Staff Sergeant of 26 years with the US Army and was the owner and operator of Bleckley Street Garage.
He is survived by his children: Jean Martin (Billy), Randy Kelley (Sheila), Lynn Fleming (Robert), and Tammie Eskew (Patrick); brother: Lyndon Kelley; sister: Wilma Evans; 8 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by 3 brothers; 2 sisters; and his beloved k-9 Rusty Wallace Kelley.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel at 1pm and will be officiated by Reverend Sam Duncan and Reverend John Daniels. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 from 6pm to 8pm at the mortuary. Burial will follow the service at MJ Dolly Cooper Veteran Cemetery, where he will receive full military rites.
The family will be at the home of his daughter, Jean Martin.
