Patricia Howell December 28, 1948 - August 19, 2025

Patricia A. Howell, 76, of Belton SC, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

Born in Anderson, SC on December 28, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Ernest Lance and the late Ella Mae Sanders.

She is survived by her daughter: Pamela Webb; sisters: Joyce Holcombe (Donnie), Maria Moore (Stoney), and Shirley Lance; grandchildren: Joey Webb, Brandon Nix, Kadie Meredith (Keith), Dylan Mathews, Lance Nix, Christopher Gibson, Crystal Gibson, and Jacob Nix (April); great-grandchildren: Cara, Declan, Delayna, Lakelyn, Brileigh, Grayden, Brynlee, Nicole, Olivia, Scarlett, McKenzie, Nicolas, Ava and Landon; step-sisters: Sylvia, Rita and Laura; aunt: Jane Sanders; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews that she loved very much; and her favorite daughter at heart: Pauline.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her children: Wesley Alan Smith, Mark Anthony Smith and Kimberly Dawn Queen; brothers: Scottie Lance, Ernie Lance, Loyd Lance and Andy Lance; sister: Cheryl Lynn Lance-Keller; stepmother: Jean Lance; stepbrother: Ronald; stepsisters: Kathy, Sherry, and Dale.

A memorial service will be held at Sosebee Mortuary on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 1pm.

The family will be at their respective homes.

The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
