Paul W. Dooley Sr., 79, of Anderson, SC passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at his residence.
Born in Anderson, SC he was the son of the late John Henry and Arie Gilbert Dooley, and the husband to the late Evelyn Nichols Dooley. Paul was also a member of West Whitner Baptist Church and retired from Pike Electric Company.
He is survived by his children: Paul Dooley (Laquita), Cindy Shirley (Randall), Frank Dooley (Teresa), Rilla Kline (William), and Michael Dooley (Debbie); 1 brother; 3 sisters; 12 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his beloved K-9 Bandit.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by 1 brother and 3 sisters.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 2pm, at Sosebee Mortuary, South Chapel and will be officiated by Reverend Frank Dooley. A visitation will be held prior to the service at the South Chapel from 1pm – 2pm. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
The family will be at the residence.
